When you pull through the gates to the WEC:
BARNS A,B,C,D, T and U turn left after passing the Paddock Club.
BARNS E,F,G,H,I,J,K,L,M, Q and R turn right.
DEPARTURES The facility requires us to vacate the facility by 7:00 a.m. Monday, August 17, 2020, so they can prepare for the show that follows us.
YOU MUST CHECK IN AT THE SHOW OFFICE BEFORE YOU PARK YOUR CAMPERS, NO EXCEPTIONS. ANYONE WHO DOES NOT CHECK IN AND GET A CAMPING PERMIT, WILL BE FINED $200.
The camping area is going to be very full. Please be a good neighbor. Unhook your vehicle and please do not park it in a camping spot.
HORSE TRAILER PARKING
There is a trailer parking lot directly across the road from the facility. Some of the spots have electric. Please leave these open for the exhibitors who are parking here and staying in their trailers. You may not leave your trailers by the barns.
SHOW OFFICE The Show Office is located in Vendor Village in the center of the facility. Show Secretary: Ryan Chambers 314-717-7683. Check in procedures will be posted outside the office.
MASKS AND SOCIAL DISTANCING
Masks must be work at all times, while on World Equestrian Center property. Wearing masks is mandatory in the State of Ohio . The World Equestrian Center also has a mandatory mask requirement as well as does USEF. This mandate will be enforced. Social distancing is also required. Please everyone be mindful of this. Let’s all stay safe and have fun!
BEDDING AND FEED Please call or text Daphne Wyatt immediately, if you have not ordered your bedding and feed. Her number is 317-752-2623. She will arrange to have your orders delivered to your stalls. Additional bedding/feed required throughout the week, can be ordered in the show office
GOLF CARTS – If you have a reservation for a cart Golf Cart, they can be picked up at a location between the Sanctuary Arena and barn E. Please call Michael from Buckeye Custom Carts at 513-444-3285 to check on availability, if you have not made a reservation.
ARENAS - We will be showing in the Sanctuary Arena. Warm up arena will be the Roberts Arena. The Paddock will be in The Bradley Arena. Between sessions, all arenas will be available. Lungeing is available in the Roberts Arena and the Outside Cabin arena.
BARNS T AND U – You may take stall fronts down.
VENDORS - Vendors on site are Nymeyer’s of Tanglewood Tack Shop, Crest View Tack and the Outpost (apparel), Show Season (custom riding apparel), Frierson’s (custom riding apparel), Starbucks, The WEC Spa (hair, nails, massages), The Doggy Spa, WEC Gift Shop, Custom embroidery show, WEC logo Wear, and Region 13 Logo wear. FOOD is available on site. The WEC has two food trucks (it is great food!) and limited food in the Starbucks. There is a small grocery/convenience store across the street attached to the Lodging Office. A list of restaurants in Wilmington is available at the Show Office and in your prize list.
